雖然是為了給客人留下好的印象，不過內場的廚師其實是最痛苦的，因為一下子要準備其他料理，一下子又要準備設計甜點。

不過在老闆看來，這反而是一種可以賺進更多錢的策略，對於餐廳來說只要能賺錢就好，雖然兼顧料理的品質也很重要。
